THESE burnt-out cars are all that remain of a garage on Norman Street after a massive explosion rocked part of the town last Tuesday evening.
More than 70 firefighters were needed to tackle the blaze, which is believed to have started in the car repair garage.
Businesses and homes within 200 metres were evacuated after the fire service was alerted to the fact that there were gas canisters within the building.
Despite the ferocity of the blaze, fire crews managed to keep it from spreading further than a neighbouring shop.
