NUISANCE youths upsetting the community will not be tolerated in Newton and Earlestown.
That is the message from Newton Police as they step up their efforts to stop the anti-social use of motorbikes, scramblers, quad bikes and scooters.
Officers have seized a number of bikes as part of the clampdown.
And this has been achieved thanks to the watchful eye of the Newton community.
Targeted patrols have been responding to concerns raised by residents across the town and they are asking the public to help them continue this drive by alerting them to any future problems.
