BOSSY Ben the dog needs a new home - and a strong owner.
The six-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier is at Warrington Animal Welfare.
A spokesman for the charity said: "Ben is a very bossy dog. I don't mean aggressive, and I don't mean bad or naughty.
"I simply mean Ben is the boss. We have nicknamed him Bossy Boots!
"On his own, Ben is a lovely boy.
"He loves people, adores cuddles and walks.
"He loves having his head scratched.
"He can be a bit 'in-your-face', but that's just Ben! He really is a character and a total one-of-a-kind!
"Ben would do best as an only dog."
