FAMILIES will be able to engage in a weekend of rural pursuits when Wales holds its country fair on Saturday.
The fair, described as a showcase of rural Wales, will be held at Bodelwyddan Castle in Denbighshire and will feature more than 100 trade stands and various country leisure pursuits.
A spokesman for the organisers said: "The event will premier the very best of Wales with a variety of attractive and entertaining demonstrations to delight visitors young and old."
One of the highlights of the event is expected to be the Have-A-Go area where anyone can literally have a go at outside pursuits such as archery, ferret racing and air gunning.
There will also be range of entertainment to suit the children, such as a bouncy castle and quad bikes.
