THE family whose house was ravaged by fire last week have been re-homed.
Last week the World reported on the heroics of neighbours who helped guide the three young children in the house, on Masseyfield Street, Runcorn to safety when a blaze broke out in an upstairs bedroom.
It caused wide spread damage and the property is now uninhabitable.
A spokesman for Arena Housing, which owns the property, said: "Within a couple of days, we identified a new, three-bedroom home nearby, which the family has viewed and accepted.
"They will stay there while we refurbish their own home, after which they will return home.
"Arena will continue to support the family throughout, with its dedicated estate-based customer service manager on hand to help, as she has been throughout the week."
