D-DAY will arrive on June 27 for the licensing application to host Creamfields in Daresbury this summer.
The hearing will begin at 6pm at Runcorn Town Hall.
If approved, the legendary dance festival will take place on Lord Daresbury's estate on August 26 and 27.
The weekend will inlude a line up featuring the Prodidgy, the Zutons, and Goldfrapp playing to more than 45,000 revellers.
More than 500 residents and five parish councils - Walton, Appleton, Stretton, Stockton Heath and Daresbury - have objected to the application.
Warrington Borough Council is also opposing the matter.
