I AGREE with the letter from Adam Matthews, 'Bus lane abuse' (Guardian, June 1) about the number of motorists who ignore the bus lanes. It makes me really angry.
It seems that some drivers think the law doesn't apply to them. It is particularly bad come 5.30pm when we are all trying to get home and the queue back from the traffic lights on Wilson Patten Street stretches for ages.
Why wait when it seems we can use the bus lane? Perhaps we should all try it?
