Crosfields u13 2
Rope and Anchor u13 4
THREE goals in extra time sealed the Warrington Junior Soccer League Under 13s Auxiliary Cup Final for Rope and Anchor.
Rope looked destined to win the cup in normal time at Victoria Park thanks to a second-half goal from a well-taken 25-yard free kick by Jordan Daniels, but Jonathan Vaughn fired home a late equaliser for Crosfields.
Extra time followed the same pattern as the second half with Rope creating the better of the chances.
Two goals from Will Price and a deserved goal for Alex Brown, who looked dangerous thoughout, sealed the win.
However, Crosfields did not give up and scored a late consolation goal from Jack Molyneux.
* Dundalk Boys defeated Vulcan Juniors 11-10 on penalties in the Under 15s Challenge Cup Final.
