THE annual Thelwall Rose Queen celebrations are set to take place this weekend.
The procession leaves the industrial estate, on Thelwall New Road, at 2pm and makes it way to the field by Chaigeley School.
There will be entertainment, a barbecue and fun and games all afternoon while there will be plenty going on in the morning too.
Victoria Powell is this year's Rose Queen. The 14-year-old attends Lymm High School, enjoys playing the piano and is a member of Warrington Youth Orchestra.
She also plays football for Warrington Town Ladies under 14s.
Chelsey Heckle is the retiring Rose Queen.
