GLAZEBURY Cricket Club will hold its third annual Kwik Cricket tournament later the month.
The event, on Friday, June 23, will take place on the all weather pitch at Culcheth High School.
It will celebrate the strong links that have been forged between the club, the high school and the eight linked primary schools.
Paul Warhurst, club chairman, said: "We are very proud of the work we do for the community in providing youth cricket at the club and free cricket coaching at the primary and high schools.
"This is the third year of the tournament and I am sure this one will be as successful as the former two."
Jacqui Johnson, chairman of Culcheth and Glazebury Parish Council, will be presenting the trophy to the winners.
The event starts at 9.30am.
