TOFT'S second team won the toss and decided to bat on what looked like Sabina Park.
The opening partnership of Ben Moody and Dr Weston set the foundations for what proved to be an unassailable total for Nantwich.
Moody top scored with 114 not out, with Dr Weston adding 48, Richard Porter batted three and despite spending most of the afternoon watching the football carried on the good start with a quick 28.
Finally Bruno Ashley came to the wicket and blasted 37 off about five overs. The final total was 243 for 4
Nantwich struggled from the start and Toft bowlers were always in control with Matt Lincoln showing good control with his off spin claiming two wickets and Zaman ably supporting him with two.
Toft's fielding was of the highest standard and two run outs virtually killed the game for the visitors. Nantwich finished on 163 all out
