TWO motorists have been killed in separate incidents on the roads of Lymm during the weekend.
A 77-year-old died on Friday lunchtime in Henry Street car park while a 30-year-old biker died following a collision on Mill Lane on Saturday.
Police say they want to speak to anyone who may have witnessed an argument involving the 77-year-old from Manchester, who has not been named.
They say he was involved with a dispute with another driver over a right of way before his car hit the front of a house next to the Henry Street car park at 1.20pm on Friday.
The driver had died by the time emergency services reached the scene.
The second incident took place at 4.35pm on Saturday.
Again emergency services were called to Lymm, this time Mill Lane.
A 30-year-old from Partington, who has not been named, was riding a Yamaha motorcycle when he was in collision with a vintage Morris car.
The motorcyclist died and the driver of the vintage car, a 53-year-old from Warrington, received slight injuries.
Officers say they want to speak to a group of three motorcyclists seen in the area before the incident and to any other witnesses.
If anyone has any information on either of the incidents contact Sgt Mike Jones, from the specialist investigation unit, on 01244 613813 or call Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555111.
