SEVERAL generations of past pupils at Beamont Infants and Juniors School came together this week at a special service of celebration.
The service, held at St Elphin's Parish Church, was one of a series of events set to take place this year to mark the school's centenary.
Later in the year the school will hold a party in the playground along with other events to mark the special year.
The service, which featured the school's prize-winning choir, was followed by drinks at the back of the church, where pupils and staff got to chat about their memories of the school.
