NEW York, London, Widnes ... international coffee chain Starbucks has just struck a unique deal with Halton Council.
Visitors can now enjoy a trendy brew in the newly refurbished pavilion at Victoria Park.
It is the first franchise deal of its kind with a local authority in the UK - but you won't be paying city prices.
"Visitors are now able to get a quality coffee at a reasonable price," said Cllr Phil Harris, board member for the environment.
"The newly refurbished Victoria Park is
looking great. This will increase visitors and encourage them to stay for longer."
Starbucks is the first national coffee chain to open in Halton, enabling the council to benefit from its national advertising, point of sale literature, training and branding.
This is the latest phase of major renovation work that has seen the regeneration of century old Victoria Park.
The Heritage Lottery Fund has contributed 75 per cent of the costs towards the refurbishment, including the pavilion and caf.
