THERE is no doubt who punters in a Birchwood pub will be supporting this World Cup.

Turf and Feather landlord Darren Denson spent two days and used up nine tins of paint while painting a giant England flag on top of the drinking establishment.

In total the flag measures 800sq ft.

The Locking Stumps landlord and massive England fan said: "The locals all love it, I did it a couple years ago for Euro 2004 and I said 'never again' because it took so long but I couldn't resist.

"I got sun blind doing it though as it is so hot and there is so much white paint!
