I live near to Victoria Park which is very nice now that there are new play areas for children and a skateboard facility.
However, there is also a lake, which is not supposed to be there.
Sometimes it is so deep a young child or a small animal could drown. It has been like that for a long time. To get to the play or skateboard area you have to walk around it and when the water eventually recedes it leaves thick black mud which is also dangerous, and not at all nice to look at. It would be a nicer park if someone took the time to sort this out.
