WARRINGTON Town have added an attractive clash with Everton FC to their pre-season fixture list.
The Premiership club have agreed to provide opposition at Cantilever Park on August 5, kick-off 3pm, after Town had allowed them to train on their ground ahead of a UEFA Cup tie last season.
The Yellows' game with Everton means the originally planned game with Ashton United on that date has been cancelled.
Town's first game of the new season in the UniBond First Division will be on August 19.
Pre-season fixtures, Saturday games at 3pm and midweek games at 7.45pm: July 15, away to Heswall; July 22, away to Congleton; July 25, away to Ashton Town; July 29, away to Mossley; August 2, home against FC United; August 5, home against Everton; August 8, home against Prescot Cables; August 12, home against Marine.
* Scott Hardy has been appointed as assistant manager to Dave Parr for Town's reserve team.
* Town are on the lookout for an assistant commercial manager. Contact secretary Barry Thorpe on 07733 446412 for more details.
