IT'S game, set and match for children at an Orford primary school after it was confirmed they are set to receive first class tennis coaching and equipment.
St Andrew's Primary School, on Mardale Avenue, is one of only 100 schools in Great Britain to have been selected to take part in the Ariel Mini Tennis for Schools Programme.
The nationwide initiative will see teachers and pupils benefit from Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) coaching and free mini tennis equipment.
More than 21,000 schools applied for the programme, which was launched by Tim Henman and designed by Ariel and the LTA.
It offers primary school pupils aged from seven to 10 years old the chance to play Ariel Mini Tennis during their existing sports timetable or as an extra curricular activity.
