IF omens are anything to go by, it looks like Warrington superstar Pete Postlethwaite's latest movie is set to be a hit.
With a timely release on 6/6/06 (said to be the sign of the beast) the remake of The Omen looks set to be a real belter as horror fans flock to see the supernatural thriller.
Padgate-born Postlethwaite plays Father Brennan and reportedly delivers a stellar performance as the man of the cloth who is fighting the anti-Christ.
And critics have so far given the remake of the 1976 original starring Lee Remick and Gregory Peck, the thumbs up.
Postlethwaite is now filming Closing the Ring, directed by Richard Attenborough.
