THE funeral of Warrington Wolves legend Nobby Clarke takes place at 11.30am and not 11am as published in the Warrington Guardian.
Derek "Nobby" Clarke had been involved with the club for the more than 40 years, first as a player then trainer and then setting up the past players association.
Nobby as he was affectionately known died late on Friday night, he had been ill for some time.
He played four times as a scrum half in the 1957-58 season and in the A team.
Crucially he was the club's trainer during the 1960s and 1970 as the club enjoyed some of its most successful times in its history.
He was best known for modern day fans as the chairman of the past players association which he had helped to set up.
A spokesman for the club said: "All at Warrington RLFC send their deepest condolences to Mr Clarke's family and friends, he will be greatly missed by the club and the game."
His funeral takes place at Walton Lea Crematorium on Tuesday at 11.30am.
