CHILDREN, staff and even parents at Longbarn Primary School have received a clean bill of health following a week of rejuvenation.
The school held a health promotion week, which looked at how to create a healthy body and mind.
The project covered all the usual elements like healthy eating and exercise with visits from representatives from Sir Thomas Boteler's Ball Hall.
But it also introduced the school to the idea of keeping a healthy mind with relaxation and co-ordination exercises through drama workshops.
Staff, parents and children took part in skipping sessions where they learned new games.
