WHERE are Winwick's good neighbours?
Time is running out for people to enter the parish council's competition, which honours people who do good deeds in the village.
So far no one has entered.
Nominations should be sent by Friday, October 7, to Les Higgins, parish council clerk, at PO Box 348, Wigan WN3 6WA.
