Liverpool Liobians 2
Greenalls Padgate St Oswalds 5
GREENALLS Padgate St Oswalds scored four first-half goals to seal a win at Liverpool Liobians in the second round of the Liverpool Junior Cup.
Greenalls, who fielded a youthful side including three 16-year-olds, took the lead when Fergus Morris dispatched a rebound after a good move involving Steve Hunt and Clint Burton.
Burton then slotted home from close range after being picked out by Scott Owen, and Hunt grabbed a brace to end a 20-minute goal flurry.
The home side pulled two goals back but one of the 16-year-olds, Lee Deakin, rounded off Greenalls' win in the dying minute.
Greenalls are back in Mid-Cheshire League First Division action when they travel to Trafford on Saturday, kick-off 2pm.
