CHILDREN dressed in Tudor costume to greet the Bishop of Liverpool last Sunday, as he celebrated the 400th anniversary of St Michael's Church, Burtonwood.
The church was decorated with Tudor memorabilia and photographs of events that have happened throughout its birthday year.
The Bishop, the Rt Rev James Jones, was joined in the celebration service by the Deputy Mayor of Warrington, Clr Linda Dirir and Clr John Joyce, leader of Warrington Borough Council.
