A MIDDLEWICH construction firm has completed the latest phase of its business and distribution centre thanks to the appointment of a joint agent.
North west property advisor Matthews and Goodman has been appointed as joint agent on Pochin Developments' Valley Court scheme, at Midpoint 18.
The scheme, in Pochin Way, is made up of 10 industrial units that will be available to rent and Pochin's officials are thrilled with the news.
Director Jim Nicholson said: "We are delighted to have completed the latest stage of the Midpoint 18 development. This is the first phase of the Valley Court scheme, with a further 60,000sq ft of space planned for the future.
David Newman, from Matthews and Goodman, added: "Situated on such an established business park, we are confident that this latest development will be a huge success."
