A DOG bin will be relocated in Westbrook after a woman complained to parish councillors.
Alison McCausland of Butts Green told the parish meeting on September 21 that a lack of bins was discouraging dog owners from clearing away the animals' mess.
She said: "When I've tackled the council about a new bin I've been told they can't afford it. I can't afford to have a child severely brain damaged or made blind.
"I have animals myself and am responsible but there are people who don't want to carry their dog's mess home with them."
Clr Tina Cross suggested re-siting a bin, currently located in the park, closer to the new Butts Green development.
Westbrook parish councillors agreed with the suggestion.
