TWO brothers have appeared in court charged with smashing car windows and throwing bricks during an incident in Winsford.
Shaun William Eaton, 25, of Sandhole Cottages, pleaded guilty in Chester Crown Court yesterday, Tuesday, to violent disorder relating to an incident on October 31.
His brother Carl Stephen Eaton, 23, of Delamere Street, pleaded not guilty to the same charge.
He will now stand trial at Knutsford Crown Court on November 16.
Myles Wilson, prosecuting, told the court that the incident had resulted in a BMW and Vauxhall Nova being smashed up with a pool cue and a brick being thrown.
Shaun Eaton will be sentenced on November 17 once pre-sentence reports have been prepared and following the conclusion of his brother's trial.
Both men were given unconditional bail.
