ROOSTERS took the lead against the run of play in the 20th minute.
In the 37th minute Bridge went 2-0 down after a rare mis-kick by keeper Paul Kirby before Timber got back into the game in the 40th minute when David Pickford was clean through and then brought down inside the box for a penalty,
Karl Thomas stepped up and calmly made it 2-1.
Richie Jones nearly brought Timber level with a 25-yard piledriver just before the half-time whistle.
A good overlap by Lee Evans brought the equaliser when he swapped passes with Dave Tierney for Karl Thomas to shoot from 18 yards to give Timber what they deserved.
In the 50th minute a brave header by David Pickford gave Timber the lead when he won the ball, cut inside and unselfishly rolled in Karl Thomas to stab home from 10 yards for his hat trick and 3-2.
Bridge kept the pressure and Gary Vaughan found David Pickford out on the touchline he danced round the defender and unleashed an unstoppable shot to make it 4-2.
Gary Ellison nearly got into the scoring act when his header agonisingly went over before Karl Thomas claimed his fourth in the 85th minute with a 25-yard free kick to make the final score 5-2. The man of the match award went to Neil Larkin.
