A RUNCORN mum has breached the conditions of her ASBO - just six days after receiving it, a court has heard.
Tracey Ireland, 33, formerly of Weston Point, was arrested in Beaconsfield Road at 1.30am on Thursday and detained at Runcorn Police Station after breaking three of the four conditions of her Anti Social Behaviour Order (ASBO).
The mother-of-five was unable to attend trial at Warrington Crown Court later that day, where she was due to face a charge of witness intimidation, as it was viewed she was still under the influence of alcohol.
Judge Hughes said: "She has put herself in one way or another in a position where she cannot stand trial.
"Unless something new comes to light there should be a warrant issued for her arrest."
Ireland, who now resides in Stoke, had been banned from entering Beaconsfield Road, where she lived until being evicted by Halton Council last October, following numerous instances of drunken behaviour against fearful residents.
