A SCHEME to allow sushi to be made at a former Great Sankey newsagents will be discussed next week.
Takemoto already has permission to use the old Clayton's Newsagents on Station Road to prepare sushi for freezing and eventual sale elsewhere.
But the company now wants to extend the working hours until 11pm daily - a move which has brought complaints from neighbours.
They want to make sure the building cannot be used for takeaway purposes.
There is already a takeaway shop on the same street.
The application will be discussed at next Wednesday's meeting of the development control committee.
