STAFF at two mid Cheshire travel agents have shown that no matter where you fancy going on holiday, they can point you in the right direction.
Workers at Going Places in Northwich and Winsford claimed a regional crown for their fine service to mystery shoppers.
Secret shoppers aged between 45 and 60 posed as couples seeking a summer getaway, asking a range of questions before rating their experience.
They turned out at all 620 Going Places stores across the UK to test staff on their ability to match their desires with an ideal holiday package.
The Northwich branch, on High Street, was one of only four to achieve 100 per cent, while its colleagues in Winsford were also voted best in the region.
Debbie Smith and Rachel Quinton, store managers at Northwich, said: "We are both really delighted with our results as the whole team takes pride in offering a first rate customer service."
Winsford manager Emma Taylor said: "We sell a lot of family holidays so it is very important that customers feel they can trust us when we suggest a particular destination."
Sarah Melia, Going Places director of operations, said: "The initiative was set up to ensure our staff meet consistently high standards in offering a friendly, first class service to customers and we are really pleased with the reaction we have had."
