CHILDREN at Darnhall Primary School are happy to be back at school after the creation of a purpose-built computer suite.
Maintenance officer Chris Hill completed the project during the summer break and now pupils at the Sandyhill Road school are enjoying interactive learning.
Headteacher Paul Meehan said: "The suite is kitted out with interactive white boards which are linked to boards in classrooms around the school and Denise Fleetwood, who is ICT subject leader at the high school, is teaching pupils once a week.
"Computing is used cross curricular for research and planning so the suite is hugely beneficial for staff and students."
