RESIDENTS in Warrington were able to get a glimpse of what the town centre could look like in the future on Friday.
Property developers The Winwick Partnership held a one-day exhibition at the Pyramid showing the proposals to transform Winwick Street, by building new leisure facilities such as a cinema, hotels and restaurants.
The scheme also proposes to build 600 new properties on the site.
The company is hoping to submit a planning application within the next few weeks and, if given planning permission, work would start in 2006.
