WARRINGTON Disability Partnership (WDP) is holding its Annual Appreciation of Efforts awards on Monday, December 5, to celebrate International Day for Disabled People.
It is inviting the public to nominate an organisation or individual who they feel has provided innovative or exceptional services to improve the lives of Warrington's disabled residents.
Previous winners of the awards, which are supported by Wire FM, Warrington Borough Council and the Warrington Guardian, include Warrington Market Traders' Association, The Highwayman public house and Mr T E Clements for his dedication to Warrington Lions.
The awards will be held at Bewsey Old School, where the winners will be presented with a framed certificate.
In order to cast your vote, download a form from www.disabilitypartnership.org.uk or call the WDP helpline on 240064.
