WARRINGTON Wizards coach Eddie Harris believes his side will need to be at their best if they are to beat Sheffield Hillsborough Hawks in the first round of the National League Three play-offs on Saturday.

In-form Wizards take on Sheffield Hillsbrough at Wilderspool, kick-off 2.30pm, in a bid to set up a semi-final tie against either St Albans Centurions or Hemel Hempstead Stags, and Harris knows the importance of performing on the day against a side that finished the regular season one position below them.

He said: "This is now knockout rugby every week and there is no second chance.

"The lads know that they have to perform to their peak of their ability if we are to progress in this play-off series.

"They have been taking the drills that we have worked on in training into matches and the game plan has been kept to really well.

"We now need to focus on each game as it comes, and hopefully we can have a good run and put on a good spectacle for our fans."

Wizards have a fully fit squad of 22 to pick from for the Sheffield match, with Andy Addison and Craig Harris available again after holidays, while Jamie Clarke has recovered from a wrist injury. Mick Princic and Scott Harrison will also be pushing for a place in the final 17.We have to perform
