A BUMPER jumble sale has boosted funds for a Christmas party in Winwick.
More than £300 was raised by the Older People's Friendship Group for the party by a jumble sale on Sunday, August 20.
Ernie Rudd, committee member, said: "It's a great boost to our funds because we need to raise at least £1,000 to run the Christmas treat for Winwick's older people."
