Society by John J Rutter
WARRINGTON Photographic Society started its new season on September 13 with a presentation by new president Martin Berry. This year the society is hosting the prestigious St Helens Interclub competition on November 19.
Before that, however ,the varied and interesting programme includes an illustrated talk on the Walls of Chester, another one on Switzerland, a Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union Folio evening, and a selection of London Salon pictures, as well as our first monthly competition.
If you are interested in any aspect of photography you are welcome to join us. We meet every Tuesday at 7.30pm at The Quays Community Centre, Thelwall New Road, Grappenhall. Further information from our secretary Shaun Brierley, on 232495, or just come along.
