A GOVERNMENT planning inspector has dismissed an appeal against a possible development in Thelwall's green belt.
Councillors attached a condition when they gave permission for the gardens to be extended at Barondale Grange on Stockport Road to stop any future building.
And the Inspector agreed stating that the condition was necessary to stop any threat to the green belt.
