TWO males have been arrested on suspicion of supplying cocaine in relation to the death of Runcorn teenager Jordan McGrath.
The pair, a juvenile and an adult, are both thought to be from the Runcorn area and were interviewed before being released on police bail.
Jordan, 18, of Cote Lea Court in Hallwood Park, died after collapsing outside the Burma Star pub in Hillcrest at 5.30am on Sunday, August 28.
Det Insp Martin Cleworth of Cheshire Police said: "Given the events, it is likely that the cause of death is linked to the use of cocaine and alcohol but we are still awaiting the results.
"Jordan went in a taxi with two friends to an area near the Burma Star pub.
"He started convulsing and collapsed at the scene. He was taken to Warrington Hospital but died later that day."
Det Insp Cleworth added that the police would be making further inquiries into the matter.
