IT really will be a case of everything changes as singer Gary Barlow moves on from his Delamere Manor estate.
The Cuddington property, which is currently for sale with estate agents Strutt and Parker for £5.5million, has been occupied by the former Take That front man since 1995 - but now it seems the pop star is setting off on the open road.
However many people will be hoping the songwriter, who has penned hits for a number of stars including boy band Blue, does not stray too far as the former Frodsham and Plumley resident has become a familiar face over the years.
Gary has been spotted at a number of mid Cheshire eateries and has also been seen practising his swing at nearby golf courses and, with Delamere Forest and Sandiway golf clubs in close vicinity to the multi-million-pound site, the new occupant may choose to adopt some of the star's pastimes.
Prospective viewers should be aware it may only take a minute to fall in love with the lavish Cuddington Lane property but with three separate residences - namely Delamere Manor, Delamere Manor Cottage and Delamere Manor Lodge - among the buildings to browse the viewing could take slightly longer.
The property, which enjoys a comprehensive security system, is situated in 117 acres of land and the principle house boasts three bedroom suites, three further bedrooms and four reception rooms.
And with a recording studio also included it is possible the new owners may never forget who lived there previously and an all weather tennis court and extensive woodland to explore could be magic for prospective buyers.
It is unlikely that the singer will be back for good to Cuddington but if you are interested in relighting Gary's fire after he has moved on, email chester@struttandparker.co.uk or call 01244 220500.
