ABSOLUTELY brilliant!
That's how Bob Bryant, chairman of Halton's Let's Go Stroke Club, has described its newly refurbished coach.
"It looks great," said Bob, who founded Britain's biggest stroke club eight years ago. It now has 200 members.
"It's been given a complete makeover with new curtains and painted."
The £2,000 facelift has only been made possible, he said, thanks to the generosity of Halton Taxis, Halton British Legion, local businesses and club members.
The coach is used to take stroke victims and their spouses and partners for day trips and holidays.
The vehicle is serviced and maintained by Halton Community Transport.
And it is shared with the local community.
"It is used on a daily basis in the community for pensioners, groups and disabled schoolchildren," explained Bob.
