A CASINO night at Shelly's restaurant in Bold Street has raised more than £750 for the Warrington Disability Partnership.
Owner Michele Butterworth hosted the night, which featured casino size roulette and blackjack tables, food and drink and a bottle of champagne courtesy of Gerrard Seel for the most successful 'gambler'.
Jon Menzies, Warrington Disability Partnership (WDP) fundraiser, said: "Everyone told me they had a great night out and seemed to enjoy themselves in helping to raise so much money in just a single evening.
"The money will help us make essential repairs to our accessible 'Wizard' narrow boat and get her back on the water as soon as possible for the disabled people of Warrington and their families to enjoy.
"Both the WDP and the Wizard team thank the tremendous work of Michele and her team at Shelly's."
Shelly's restaurant is fully accessible for disabled users, with special cutlery and a Braille menu.
Mrs Butterworth said: "This barge is just a brilliant idea and it was great to help."
