THE next monthly carers' afternoon organised by The Princess Royal Trust Vale Royal Carers Centre takes place at the Dingle Centre, Winsford, on Monday, February 9.
Carers' outreach worker Ruth Bolton will be on hand to offer support, information and advice to people who look after a friend, relative or neighbour who can't manage without help because of illness, physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems, or alcohol or drug misuse.
All carers are welcome to go along for a cuppa and a chat between 2pm and 4pm.
