From the time I was examined in the medical assessment unit and passed to Ward Two for treatment and nursing over an eight day period, I cannot fault the hospital.
A very high level of professionalism coupled with a friendly manner was evident throughout my treatment.
When I was finally allowed to take nourishment, the food was excellent and well-presented.
The specialists, doctors, nursing staff, technicians and administrators are to be congratulated on the excellent work they did for me - and the patients I came into contact with during my stay.
The public should be aware of what the National Health Service can offer in the "gem" - Leighton Hospital.
Finally I must make special mention of the nursing staff on Ward Two under the excellent leadership of Sister Christine H Dean. They are an efficient, friendly, dedicated team who made my stay in hospital comfortable, putting me well on the way to recovery.
