The pair were working late at De La Rue Systems when the masked robbers burst in.
The robbers used sledgehammers to smash through a locked, security door.
They then ordered the terrified pair to lie on the floor before tying them up with electrical flex.
The robbers - all wearing balaclavas - later fled with 10 computers and a laser printer, worth more than £50,000. The workers alerted the police 20 minutes later after they had managed to free themselves.
On Monday, both men were back at work on the Parkgate Industrial Estate.
Police are now appealing for witnesses.
