GOOD goalkeeping by Pelsall Villa held Knypersley Vics to a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Pelsall scored within 36 seconds when a through ball went over the top of the Knypersley defence and when Rob Powner tried to hold the ball he came out of the area and had to let go.
The Vics equalised on 22 minutes following a move down the right. Dave Shallcross crossed the ball and Craig Redgate headed into the net.
Knypersley went further ahead on 39 minutes through Nick Bedson before Pelsall brough the score level again five minutes leter.
Club secretary John Shenton said: "Knypersley dominated the game for 80 out of 90 minutes but the game could have been ours if it wasn't for missed fortunes and good goalkeeping."
