WARRINGTON'S annual fleadh will open at the Parr Hall on March 12 with what promises to be an exciting collaboration between Warrington Youth Theatre and the Schools Out youth dance groups.

They are already working on their innovative dance performance and it will provide a showcase for the special talent of our town's youngsters.

An Irish night will be held at the Alliance Club on the following night and Saturday will see the opening of Warrington Museum's Urban Myths exhibition which reflects the experience of Warrington in 1993.

On the same day, a service in Manchester Cathedral will herald a peace walk to Bridge Street.

The Rev David Armstrong, author of "A Road Too Wide", will preach at Warrington Methodist Mission and at a united service in the town centre on the Sunday.

The spectacular Spirit of the Dance runs from March 16 to 18 and the Saracen's Head and Cheshire Cheese are holding band nights on the Thursday with the Lord Rodney's the following night. Finbar Furey will also give a concert at the Parr Hall on March 20.

The fifth anniversary of the Bridge Street bombing will be commemorated on March 21 by a street activity involving Warrington Male Voice Choir and the Bishop of Warrington.

Doves will be released simultaneously from the River of Life, Dublin, Belfast and Derry.

The Male Voice Choir will close the fleadh that evening with a concert at the Parr Hall featuring the soprana Cara O'Sullivan.
