I AM writing to protest about the plans for the Barley Mow.
It is part of the history of Warrington and such a lovely building.
I was born in Warrington and lived there until I was 45 years old and then came to Australia.
I have very fond memories of the Barley Mow and can't visualise Warrington without it.
I have only been able to go back home once in the past 22 years but my brother and his wife have been back a few times and go in for a drink. They too protest about it, the same as myself.
Please put our protest in with all the other 'Pommies' that live here in Australia.
