NEWTON youngsters will be making sweet music during half-term.
The Newton Youth Orchestra is running an activity week from February 16 to 20, at St Mary's RC Primary school, from 10am to 4pm. It is open to all budding musicians with or without experience.
Clr Keith Deakin, Chairman of the council's Leisure Committee, said: "This is a golden opportunity for young people in Newton to display their undoubted musical talents and have fun at the same time."
