THE Dabbers fought back from a disasterous start on Saturday, when three attempts to clear the ball from the Nantwich goal mouth saw St Helens finally put the ball in the net and go a goal up in the first minute.
It was 2-0 and looking bad after 20 minutes, but Nantwich regrouped and finally pulled back, Mark Agius rifling the ball into the top corner on 30 minutes.
Jason Jones put the Dabbers level just before half time, and on 65 minutes Paul Garvey scored the winner, delighting Nantwich boss Clive Jackson.
"We had a rough spot where we were having trouble finishing, but now the lads seem to be scoring for fun!" said Clive.
